It\u2019s important that all parties participate in order to reach the best conclusion or outcome.<\/p>\n<p>Please join us on Wednesday, August 19th for our virtual forum as Yolanda Frazier shares with us about how to engage in these conversations and how to effectively navigate through them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Yolanda Frazier is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, from the United States Army, where she served faithfully for 30 years.\u00a0 Her military career was a very enriched one with numerous military assignments.
