    “Nine Styles of Leadership” and how it shapes our motivations, relational strategies, and core needs” Whether you are new to the enneagram or already know your number, this workshop will help you gain a deeper awareness of the mysterious glory in you that mirrors God, your creator. You will also gain a deeper appreciation and affection for each of the nine types. Each style has its own strengths, blind spots, core needs and motivations. As we learn about ourselves and others, it allows us to tap into each other’s resources, reduce conflict and work more effectively as teams. Rachel Blackston will join us for for an engaging and encouraging evening of self-reflection where we enter into deep soul questions: What is my core longing? What do I uniquely offer to the world? Where is there shame or entanglement that keeps me from living fully into my God-given glory at work? We will be discussing the nine different types of Enneagrams and how they shape our motivations, relational strategies, and core needs.     A crucial conversation is a discussion characterized by high stakes, differing opinions, and strong emotions. There are many crucial conversation going on today in our world that, if mishandled, can lead to disastrous results in your personal life or at work. For crucial conversations to be constructive, they must have a shared purpose and the conditions must be safe for everyone to contribute. It’s important that all parties participate in order to reach the best conclusion or outcome. Yolanda Frazier is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, from the United States Army, where she served faithfully for 30 years.  Her military career was a very enriched one with numerous military assignments.
